Legendary - War of the Gods
Krobyzoi was the last city before the Danube and received tribute for protecting the rest of Thrace from invaders. As such, traders were eager to barter with the sizeable (90 or so full-time soldiers) city guard or the impressive conscriptable militia (450 or so weekend warriors). The city worshiped most of the Pantheon, though seems to focus more so on Zeus than any of the other Gods or Goddesses. It had a large temple to the God-King where the rest of the shrines reside around a large statue of the Monarch.
You could have found just about anything you wanted in Krobyzoi, which had led to an uptick of raids against the settlement. Thankfully, its forces had been able to ward off all but those most well-trained marauders, whom seemed to have fled before the real battle starts.
Its fall does not bode well for any Thracian or Greek city.
